Our residential mortgage range has been designed to over come the challenges and help the underserved.

There is no strict automation to our lending decisions. Each application is assessed by our team, not by a computer. We take the time to understand your client’s circumstances - we know that not everyone’s finances are simple.

Whether you have clients that are self-employed, in an employment probation period, or have had historical or recent adverse credit, we’ll always look for a way to say ‘yes’.

We accept employed, self-employed, contractors, agency workers and zero hour contracts

Impaired credit
We consider all credit profiles such as CCJ’s, defaults, missed payments and mortgage arrears

Non standard constructions
We have no LTV restrictions, as long as the property is mortgageable and suitable to the area

Income
We accept benefit income (e.g. PIP and universal credit), pension income and child maintenance

Full UK coverage
We lend to borrowers in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland

Low property values
Our minimum property value is £75,000
